Steffan Carr is our Church Planter/Pastor/NAMB Missionary. He is married to Leslie, they have one daughter, JoJo and many fur babies! Originally from the Philadelphia area, he relocated to Allegany County Maryland in 1990. He has been a pastor for 26 years.

Associate Pastor
Pastor Dave Cowan has been a Pastor at BOC since we launched in 2013. He is married to Diane and they have 5 children and many grandchildren! He is from Allegany County Maryland and even graduated from Bruce High School!
